Furthermore, the United Nation Declaration of Human Rights article 12 states a home to be under the standard of legitimate law as purity of the home as a person’s place of accommodation and refuge. Homes characteristically offer zones and facilities for resting, cooking food, eating and hygiene. If there are many people nursing homes, monastery or children homes can be best suitable. Additionally, homes may also consist of agricultural land and facilities for tamed animals. Harsh economic times can force people to live in the informal and at times illegal huts that are mostly found in slums and shanty towns. Generally, home can refer to a geographic area, like a town, a village, a suburb, city, or a nation at large. Houses consist of buildings, portable shelters such as mobile homes, houseboat, and yurt or informal shelters such as shacks.
A house is a building that works as a home for individuals ranging from modest houses like basic sheds of nomadic people to complex, immovable constructions of timber, block, or other materials that contain water system, air circulation, and electrical systems. Mostly, modern houses comprise of bedchambers, lavatories, kitchenettes and living room. In traditional homes, the home owners do share the rooms with their domestic animals such as chickens and cattle. On the other hand a terraced house refers to a style of housing in which a row of matching or mirror-image households share side walls, whereas semi-detached housing are made of pairs of households constructed side-by-side and that share a wall with reflected layouts. It is recommended that house owners stage their houses before selling. In the real estate, home staging is the process of preparing a private home for sale in the real estate market place. Home staging assist in preparing a home so that it can be attractive to a large number of prospective buyers, hence selling the house faster and for more money. Habitually, home proprietors use arts, watercolor, decorations, illuminations, vegetation, and carpeting to stage the home, to give prospective purchasers an extra attractive first impression of the building. The proprietor can either sell the home by himself or herself or use a real estate broker to sell the house on their behalf. A real estate salesperson is a person who acts as an intercessor between home sellers and prospective buyers and tries to look up for sellers who desire to sell and buyers who request to buy.
